Pour renforcer le service administratif/secrétariat, nous recherchons une secrétaire stagiaire qui contribuera à l’assistance administrative en support de l’assistante de direction.
Mission :
- Accueil téléphonique
- Accueil physique des visiteurs
- Saisie et frappe de documents (courriers, fax, mails, devis)
- Gestion du courrier (affranchissement, dépôt à la poste)
- Commande de fournitures
- Photocopie et scan de documents
- Classement et archivage
Profil :
De formation BEP à BAC PRO option Secrétariat, vous maîtrisez Word, Excel, PowerPoint et avez une excellente orthographe.
La connaissance de Ciel serait un plus.
